Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026 · Operated by NOVA PLAY STUDIO
This policy describes what happens to information when you land on this promotional page for the Candy Cascade app, run by NOVA PLAY STUDIO ("we", "us"). It covers this page and nothing else. The moment you move on to an app store or into the app itself, that store's or app's own privacy policy takes over.
What reaches us
- Technical details — IP address, browser and version, operating system, device class, screen dimensions, language preference and the referring URL.
- Behaviour on the page — which sections were seen, how long the page stayed open, how far it was scrolled, and whether the download button was pressed.
- Campaign markers — advertising identifiers carried in the address bar (things like
fbclidorutm_*) that tell us which advert sent you.
We never ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment details, and this page has no field in which to enter them. Should you write to us by email, we keep your address and the message only for as long as it takes to answer you.
What we do with it
- Work out whether our advertising is worth running, and credit a visit to the campaign that produced it.
- Spot bot traffic, click fraud and other invalid activity.
- Keep the page loading properly and make its wording and layout better over time.
Measurement partners
We run the Meta (Facebook) pixel to see how campaigns on Facebook and Instagram perform. When it is switched on it writes cookies and reports to Meta that this page was viewed or the download button clicked, alongside technical details such as IP address and browser. Meta handles that information as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy.
Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie involved and how to turn each one off.
Legal grounds (EEA and UK visitors)
Strictly necessary processing rests on our legitimate interest in running a page that works and stays secure. Advertising and measurement cookies rest on your consent, which you can take back whenever you like by clearing cookies or adjusting your browser or Meta ad settings.
How long we keep things
Technical and behavioural data are held in aggregate for a maximum of 24 months. Cookies expire on the timetable set out in the Cookie Policy. Email threads are deleted once the question behind them is settled.
Who else sees it
Your data is not for sale. It goes only to the advertising and hosting providers named above, plus anyone we are legally obliged to hand it to.
Transfers abroad
Our providers may handle data outside your own country, the United States included. Where the law requires it, those transfers run on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may be able to ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, object to how it is processed, or complain to your national data protection authority. Write to the address in the footer and you will hear back within 30 days.
Children
This page, and the app it advertises, are meant for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly gather data from anyone younger.
Revisions
This policy can change. The date printed at the top always reflects the version you are reading.
